In 1969, Ford set out to do two things with the Boss Mustang: Kick ass and chew bubble gum. It didn't happen over-night, but eventually they ran out of bubble gum. In 1970, Parnelli Jones drove the Boss 302 Mustang to a driver's, and factory championship in SCCA during the glory years of American Iron racing.
